Danny Dozier is a second generation driver/
fabricator. Growing up watching his father,
Dan building and racing cars and his
Grandfather drag racing, it was only a matter of time before he would follow in their footsteps. Throughout his youth he played football and baseball. He stopped playing baseball at the age of 22 when he was injured by a wild pitch. In 2004, Danny moved back home from college and picked up racing once again when he started crewing on a USAC Pavement Sprint Car team. Danny left the Sprint Car team in the middle of 2006 to pursue driving first hand. In 2007, Danny and his dad teamed back up and form D & D Racing.
